As of March, 2023, The MA Controlled Substances Registration (MCSR) Research licensing transitioned to an online licensing system. Learn about important changes for Principal Investigators (PI) and Research Administrators of research studies where the intervention is an investigational new drug (IND), since it is now required to apply, renew and amend MCSR Research Licenses online. |
